Tire capsules (also known as vulcanized capsules) are key internal mold components in the tire vulcanization process. They are hollow thin-walled rubber products. After being loaded into the inner cavity of the tire to be vulcanized, they are filled with high-temperature and high-pressure steam, nitrogen or superhot water to expand and provide molding pressure and uniform heat conduction for the tire, ensuring the integrity of the tire structure and stable performance.
